Collections

Collections are done in batches. I only make a certain amount of each style at a time, so once a style is sold out it will be out of stock until I make more. I cannot guarantee that every style will be re-made to look exactly the same as a prior batch. I do my best to show you all the styles available, however, please note that the specific pair that you receive might not be the image seen on the website. These pieces are handmade and might not all look the same. This pertains more so to patterns, as I will not be able to recreate a patten or cane exactly as I did before.  For example, the Virafaux Turquoise/Howlite technique might have less or more veins, or the tortoise shell technique will have more or less black in each pair of earrings. This small variance in appearance, though, is what I believe adds beauty to each piece.  Your pieces will be 100% unique, just like you!

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email me right away at wecare@virauful.com, so that I can assist you.

Returns for damaged earrings are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Other damaged returns will be met on a case-by-case basis. 

Polymer clay is very durable, however, if for some reason you break your earrings, I understand that accidents do happen.  Please contact me via email at: wecare@virauful.com

 

Shipping

Your order will be shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is marked as shipped.  

Please note that once your package is in the possession of the USPS it is out of my hands. You will have to contact USPS at 1(800) 275-8777 or www.usps.com for any questions or updates concerning your package.  If you have further questions or concerns, please email me and I will do my best to help.
